LaTroya Lovell Research & Strategy is a consulting practice for organizations working with and within systems-impacted communities. We design participatory, equity-centered research and evaluation — and we translate what we find into strategy, narrative, and action.
Our clients include community-based organizations, advocacy coalitions, foundations, and public agencies. What they share is a commitment to accountability, learning, and real change — and an understanding that the communities closest to the problem are also closest to the solution.
We work nationally, with deep roots in New York. Engagements are available on a project, retainer, or advisory basis.
